Instructions

The following are general processing instructions to aid you in putting together a correct visa application package. Please carefully consult the individual national visa requirements for each country to ensure you have included your original passport as well as the necessary number of forms and photographs and supporting documentation. Many countries require proof of financial ability, as well as a formal invitation. Failure to include all required documents will result in the visa being denied and the embassy keeping your visa payment.

BUSINESS VISA

1. Select the country to which you will travel.
2. Do you need a visa for that country? Check the list of nationals requiring visas.
3. Print out the business visa application package, and fill out all forms completely and sign the bottom in ink. Fill out completely the VSC cover form, and sign the bottom in ink. Repeat for each appropriate country on your itinerary.
4. All of our visa application forms are fillable forms, meaning you can type the data right on to the screen, then print out a perfect clean readable copy. Remember to sign the bottom in ink.
5. Attach one or two passport-style photographs to the visa form, as applicable.
6. Attach a letter from your employer stating the purpose and details of your business trip.
7. If necessary, attach a letter of invitation from a sponsoring company in the visa country.
8. Attach a copy of your air ticket or e-ticket or travel itinerary from a travel agent.
9. If you are not a Canadian citizen, you must include proof of your legal status in Canada: this is usually your P.R. card.
10. Place your VSC application form, visa application form(s), photograph(s), and your original passport with enough blank pages for your visa(s), and any other necessary documents in a trackable secure shipping envelope and send it to VSC.
11. Sit back and relax while VSC works with the embassies to get your visa for you.

TOURIST VISA

1. Select the country to which you will travel.

3. Print out the tourist visa application package, and fill out all forms completely and sign the bottom in ink. Fill out completely the VSC cover form, and sign the bottom in ink. Repeat for each country on your itinerary.
