All persons require a visa to visit North Korea for any purpose.
Travel to North Korea is difficult, but increasingly possible. Holders of U.S.A. and Republic of (South) Korea passports are normally banned from obtaining an entry visa, but sometimes these visas are available. Such windows of opportunity usually coincide with special events such as Arirang.
We regret that we cannot assist you with a visa to visit North Korea, but wish you a memorable visit.
