The Republic of Finland
Do I Need a Visa to Visit Finland?
Canadian citizens using Canadian passports do not require a visa to enter Finland for tourism or business stays under ninety (90) days.
Most other nationals will need a visa.
Apply IN PERSON at the nearest Finland Embassy or Consulate for the Schengen Zone visa.
Finland is a signatory of the Schengen area Agreement on border control and visa standardization. The application for a Schengen area visa is the same for all members. Prices vary depending on the country of your first arrival.
Travelers to Denmark are advised that they must seek visas directly from the Finnish Embassy in Ottawa or from the nearest Consulate General.
Due to Finnish government regulations, we are unable to assist you with your visa needs. Travelers to Finland are advised that they must seek visas directly from the Finnish consular offices in Canada as they will be interviewed and biometrically scanned / fingerprinted.
